| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | This notice is a EU prior information notice. This notice does not solicit offers. Prior information notice is an invitation to market dialogue, from which suppliers interested in procurement have the opportunity to particiapte in technical dialogue with the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency. The purpose of technical dialogue is to have a general dialogue regarding the procurement and its determination. The technical dialogue does not oblige the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency to carry out the procurement. The technical dialogue does not oblige the supplier to participate in a possible tendering process. The market dialogue is arranged by commenting on the draft versions of the tender documents and by answering the FTIA's questions about object of the procurement. Preliminary date of the delivery of draft versions of tender documents and questions is the week of 14/2023. Instructions to registration of market dialogue/technical dialogue: The supplier must indicate his interest in participating in latest by March 22, 2023 at 12.00 by sending a message to [email protected] with the title: "MARKET DIALOGUE: Structural designing of the new generation 60E1-turnouts in Finland". The informant is asked to state the following in the message: - name, email and number of the supplier's contact person. The FTIA reserves the right to invite suppliers to one-on-one negotiations or to continue the technical dialogue separately in a manner that will be announced later. Descriptions and procurement announcements that are published in this EU prior information notice and the estimated publication date, as well as later the draft dialogue materials to be delivered are preliminary procurement information. Suppliers are not compensated for answering or participating in the market dialogue. |
