| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The purpose of this Invitation to Tender is to request tenders from real estate agents and through a competitive bidding process select a tenderer to whom an exclusive agreement is awarded. The object of the procurement is to hire a real estate agent to assist the Ministry and the Embassy in relocating the Chancellery of the Embassy within Central London. The Ministry will award the contract for the real estate agency services to one (1) supplier with an exclusive agreement and concludes a contract with that supplier. The amount of services to be supplied is an estimate and does not form an obligation for the Customer to buy that amount of services. The Ministry continues to negotiate with the current landlord and may agree on a new lease (current or some other premises) directly with the current landlord. In that case, the agreement with the real estate agent will end and the real estate agent will be compensated for the services provided until that moment without any additional fee or compensation. |
