| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The object of the tender process is Polymer melt filtration system, equipped with Inline viscosity measurement capability (later also “Equipment”). The system will be applied in research projects and hence it should be compatible with versatile feedstocks. It will be connected to a Ø50 mm single screw extruder having maximum of 50 kg/h throughput. Melt filtering system should be back-flushing type, facilitating longer extrusion runs with contaminated waste plastics. The construction should be easy-to-clean and adaptable to quick material and filter changes. The expected normal throughput range is 20-40 kg/h. Preferably the system should tolerate even lower than 20 kg/h throughputs when running difficult-to-filter materials, surface printed or high viscous (>1000 Pa*s) materials, for example. The melt filter should be connected to an Inline melt viscometer. The measured inline data from the viscometer should be accessible in real time by external computer system via PROFINET interface.
