| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The object of the tender process is CIC - Combustion ion chromatography (later also “Equipment”). An instrument to determine the halogen content in raw materials and pyrolysis products. Waste plastic contains different additives, which needs to be removed in the pyrolysis process before the pyrolysis oil can be used for the production of chemicals, fuels or new plastics. Dehalogeneation can be carried out during plastic feeding by extruder venting or by introducing additives into the pyrolysis process. To be able to control the oil quality also analytical capability is important in the process and therefore an instrument to determine the halogen content in the pyrolysis oil is needed. CIC -Combustion ion chromatography for degradation of different kind of materials (plastics, waste, biomass, liquids, wax and char) and analysis of their Cl, Br, S, F content. If the equipment package consists of equipment from several manufacturers, one common offer for the entire package will be submitted for the tender.
