| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The following components are requested for the HUSLAB WES process using Illumina Novaseq 6000 sequencer: - Adapters for Novaseq 6000 compatible paired-end libraries containing unique dual indexes (UDI) for at least 384 different samples, also carrying unique molecular identifiers (UMI). These Adapters must be incorporated before any denaturation or amplification steps resulting in an unamplified UDI + UMI barcoded library. The Adapters must contain all barcode information needed so that final library amplification is done using universal Illumina-type primers. |
