| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | REQUEST FOR INFORMATION This is Request for Information for Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and Application Management Support services. With this RFI (market consultation) Aalto University is seeking information on suppliers interested in delivering the described services. o Aalto University has selected Oracle Cloud ERP (SaaS) as its new Financial Backbone and is now looking for an implementation partner. Go-live target is January 2024 o After successful implementation Aalto is looking forward to continue with the partner for Application Management Services and ongoing and further development Please see the attached Appendix 1. "Aalto University – Finance Backbone Market-dialogue-material-first info" providing general description about the procurement and our aims towards the procured service. (You need to register in Tarjouspalvelu.fi to be able to see the attachments.) Contracting authority may use the information it receives during the RFI process for the planning and preparation of the actual invitation to tender. Note! This is NOT a prior information notice, a procurement notice, a contract notice nor an invitation to tender. This notification and/or answering to it do not create any obligations for the contracting authority or for those who choose to answer to it. The contracting authority does not pay any compensation for taking answering to this RFI. The information provided by the contracting authority is preliminary at this point and it is subject to change. Taking or not taking part in the RFI does not change the standing or status of a supplier in the procurement process. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS RFI We request you to inform us about your interest to participate in this RFI by Monday 21st of November 12:00 CET / 1pm EET. Please see the attached Excel file “Appendix 2. RFI Notification Response” and fill it with requested information about your company & references. Please send the filled Excel file by email to [email protected] and [email protected] (Please use both names as recipients.). Please use this subject in email: "RFI for Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and Application Management Support". NEXT STEPS Upon receiving the participation email, Aalto University will contact the interested participants and will provide participants with further material. Aalto University reserves the right to invite suppliers for further discussions regarding this RFI to obtain information to necessary extent on market and suppliers providing relevant services, give out information regarding the needs of Aalto University and to clarify any issues related to the object of the procurement. |
