| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The Molecular Plant Biology unit intends to purchase a photobioreactor (PBR) set up to build a 1m3 tubular PBR algal cultivation facility for microalgae /cyanobacteria cultivation. The PBR will be assembled in Turku, Finland in a greenhouse compartment at the Botanic Garden of University of Turku (address: Ruissalon puistotie 215, Turku). The size of the greenhouse compartment is 6.90 m x 6.35m and the height is max 2.40 m (to halogen lamp & cooling system structure of the compartment). However, the reactor should fit to max 5m x 3m area including the cultivation vessel and operation unit. Considering the height of PBR, the height is expected to be 2m. |
