| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The new equipment will replace our current system: UPLC-DAD-/nano-UPLC- ESI-QTOF MS/MS. The LC-DAD-HR MS/MS system will be used for metabolomics analysis as well as for analysis of proteins and peptides. For proteomics, connecting the existing Waters Acquity nano-UPLC to the HR MS/MS could be included to the offered system. The instrument should be suitable for non-targeted profiling analysis and reliable identification of specialized metabolites and software should be suitable for data acquisition and exploration and ease of data export. The instruments and software will be evaluated for their ability to separate, identify, and semi-quantitate metabolites with high confidence in metabolomics analysis. The instruments and software will be evaluated for the ability to separate and identify peptides and proteins with high confidence. Straightforward MS/MS strategy and easy combination of negative and positive ionization data for identification will be appreciated. Good sensitivity, wide linear range of quantitation, and signal intensity and retention time reproducibility are necessary. For analysis of proteins and peptides, instrument should operate at nano-flow or similar capabilities. Analysis software should be able to use for non-label quantification and provide list of detected proteins. Data export in various formats for possible additional analytical needs is desirable. |
