| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Automated blood culture system for detecting the growth of organisms in the blood culture bottles. Referring to Pharmacopoeias the system is used as an alternative sterility testing method, e.g. Ph.Eur. 2.6.27. Samples are culture medium collected in cell culture and tissue bank production processes. The sample to be tested is inoculated into one or more bottles which are inserted into instrument for incubation and periodic reading. The results of the samples are used to examine the sterility and to release/reject the cells or tissues for clinical use. |
