| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The current system is coming to end of its life time and thus we are renewing and upgrading our instrumentation. An analytical HPLC and with static light scattering (MALS) and concentration detectors (dRI and UV) for SEC-MALS analysis will be acquired for the crystallization core facility at the Institute of Biotechnology, University of Helsinki. The crystallization core facility is part of INSTRUCT-HiLIFE structural biology platform and the national integrated structural biology consortium Structural Biology in Finland (FINStruct). The system should comprise of a modular analytical HPLC system, including an autosampler for automated sample injection and UV and fluorescence detectors and a fraction collector, together with multiangle static light scattering and dRI detectors and necessary software. Training, maintenance and service should be provided for the instrument, as specified in requirements. |
