| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The demands for the product and the offer are: • Implanting must be possible with our equipment. • The product has to be CE marked. • They must come sterile ready to use and preloaded in needles. Preferably one package should contain 3 needles or respective other marker (wire). • • If necessary we might test various products for prostate in 3 patients (see below item “feasibility”). Testing determinates usability for our use and needs. • Description of the material and dimensions of the product must be included. Include prices for smaller and bigger seeds. • Data about the visibility in ultrasound, kV, MRI and CT must be included by Tenderer. (Excellent result 30 points, good result 8 points, less than good 0 points. Lowest price gives total maximum points 100. Other prices will be measured in relation to lowest price. (Lowest price / given price) x 70 points.) Assesment will be made by HUS specialists and points will be given based on documents provided by tenderer and possible review will be made on physical products. Tenderer must be ready to provide samples on request. • Provide data on how the markers are implanted with instructions either in Finnish or English. • Provide information about the reference customers of the product and sites used. The offer for prostate markers can be based on quantities calculated for 40 patients per month and 3 markers per patient. |
