| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | The object of this concession is to have a multi-brand retail store with high-end luxury bag collection at Helsinki Airport Non-Schengen terminal. In our vision, a luxury brand is a brand that offers products which belong to the most prestigious products of their category, top-of-the-line. Luxury products won't be disposed of even after long utilization or defect, but rather repaired. Luxury brands often even gain in value over time. The brand behaves like a chic dandy, who would never leave the house in less than perfect style. Whenever and wherever the brand is seen, it embodies a world of beauty and elegance. In contrast to mass-market brands, the brand limits its production and brings additional value to the customer by offering a brand not available at all times or places - and which stands for "the best of the best". Finavia, "The Contracting Authority", grants possession of business premises located in Helsinki Airport Non-Schengen terminal, to a successful Tenderer, "Operator", specializing in offering high-end luxury bags and leather goods to all travellers at a travelling environment. The planned concept is a store representing luxury bags and accessories from at least three luxury bag brands as specified in the documentation “Appendix 3 Specification of Premises”. The store shall offer a comprehensive service portfolio specified in the documentation, with outstanding brands and pleasant ambience created by skilled and dedicated staff and coherent design to create additional value to passengers and the area. Excellent customer service is one of the key objectives of the entire airport for which it is central that the opening hours of all the premises of the airport are unified. The Contracting Authority shall be entitled to determine the opening hours towards this objective from time to time, separate seasonal hours may apply. The Unit shall be open to all potential customers without purchase obligation during the opening hours.
