| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | Request for quote In this Tender the consultant is asked to quote a fee for each of the following four services in cleantech, bioeconomy or marine & ports industry. 1.) Desk top market study covering up to 100 companies in North America with company contact names and main products. Short list of the recommended partners or projects. Reported in power point and excel formats. The fee should include the market study and it’s presentation to the Finnish industrial audience in a webinar or in a physical meeting. A fee for a desk top market study + dissemination of it is requested. 2) Market studies based on expert interviews. Interviews of ten companies with written documentation and recommendations. Reported in power point and an excel formats. A fee for a market study is requested. 3) Outreach, introductions and organizing a physical or virtual b2b meetings for Business Finland or Business Finland with Finnish companies or researchers with the North American companies or public authorities. A fee for set up, attendance and documentation of one meeting is requested. 4) Consultant’s physical attendance in (other) meetings than number three and other work requested from consultant. A consultancy daily fee is requested, including all expenses - such as travel, lodging, daily allowances. A fee for each above mentioned service package 1, 2, 3 and 4 should be quoted. The tenders will be evaluated based on the price quotes and other evaluation criteria, the named expert’s expertise ( Comparison criterion 1) In each case 1, 2, 3 or 4 Business Finland will give guidance and specifications to the consultant for conducting the assignment and the work scope will be agreed prior to commencing. Without prejudice to the chosen supplier's intellectual property rights, Business Finland Oy has the right to utilize and publish the studies and results without limitations." |
