| Hankinnan lyhyt kuvaus | University of Turku is looking for an UV excimer laser capable of ablating thin films of several materials. The system is used a part in the pulsed laser deposition system for fabrication of mostly superconducting and magnetic thin films from complex magnetic oxides. The device should be compact enough for small scale laboratory use. |
