Hankinnan lyhyt kuvausBACKGROUND The objective of the procurement is to sign a procurement agreement with one supplier for delivery of one (1) portable non-invasive solution for efficient liver disease management (Fibroscan) with the separate post warranty maintenance contract (optional). PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE HUS requests candidates to provide information on the included in their product portfolios, that might be offered in the procurement procedure. Information can be provided in English or in Finnish. HUS also requests candidates to send their comments and questions regarding the procurement. HUS REQUESTS ANSWERS IN PARTICULAR TO THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS: 1. Describe the solution(s)* that your company is providing to the market (*portable non-invasive solution for efficient liver disease management ) 2. Please describe the key features and functionalities of the device(s). 3. Does the provided device(s) have the following functionalities (listed below) ? If yes, please provide a more detailed description. - Does the device enable non-invasive measurement of liver fibrosis? - Does the device enable non invasive measurement of the amount of fat in liver tissue? - Is the device equipped with a sensor suitable to examine obese patients? - Can the device be used on a mobile table? 4. Is there any disposable supplies needed for the use of the device? If yes, please describe. 5. How often does the device you provide need scheduled service and how is the service organized? What kind of maintenance response time are you able to commit to (report in hours)? 6. In what response time will the device be available for trial use in the event of a possible procurement procedure? (e.g. x per week from request). 7. What are the features that support the usability of the device, eg mobility? 8. Is there experience of using the device at the academic / central hospitals in European union area / or international research results on the device? If yes, please provide a more detailed description 9. Do you have any additional functionalities available to the device as an option? If yes, please provide a more detailed description. 10. What kind of software requirements it is needed for using the device ? What software does the device use? 11. Can the measurement data of the device be transferred online to the Apotti system used in HUS ? 12. How long is the warranty period for the device granted by a manufacturer / importer? PRODUCT BROCHURES HUS kindly request candidates to attach their product brochures (as a PDF-file) to their responses to this Prior Information Notice submitted by email (please see instructions below). MARKET CONSULTATION, DEADLINES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPATING Responses, comments and product brochures to this Prior Information Notice, should be submitted by email to [email protected] by Friday 3 June 2022 at 16:00 o'clock (UTC+3) at latest. HUS can also invite candidates to present their product portfolios and discuss the upcoming invitation to tender in candidate specific market consultation meetings. These meetings would be held as teleconferences through MS Teams. Meeting times will be later informed to candidates by email after the deadline for answering this consultation has been expired. Please note, that the possible market dialogue meetings would be held in June 2022, if HUS considers them necessary. Candidates are not reimbursed for answering the prior information notice or participating in the market consultation. The information gathered with the prior information notice will be used to prepare procurement documents and remains confidential. For the sake of clarity, HUS states that answering to the prior information notice does not constitute such preparatory activity for a procurement that this would preclude the candidate from submitting a tender to invitation to tender (see section 66 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts).
