Hankinnan lyhyt kuvausThis is not a contract notice or a call for tenders. This is an invitation to a market dialogue UAS-system for research, estimated total weigth less than 25 kg, which will be used to map the market and prepare a possible tender for the acquisition of a UAS system for water research as part of the national hydrological research infrastructure. Meeting times: Separate discussions with each market participant will be held during June, max. 1 h per company, online or at the Helsinki, Viikki location - please email us a suggestion at an appropriate time. The time will be agreed jointly, but ultimately the time will be determined by the inviter. Participants are allowed to send brochures and other information about their products and systems in advance. The material can also be delivered without attending a meeting The request for information concerns the following items: 1) The Center of Expertise has three main research areas in Finland from south to north, one of which is in Oulankajoki, where the UAS system can be used. One or more measuring devices, such as a spectral camera and or a laser beam, are attached to the UAS system. There are one to three UAS systems in the procurement, depending on the configuration of one system and the price. 2) Drones (draft will be discussed): Total weight not exceeding 25 kg, payload less than 10 kg (various equipment); operating distance less than 100 km; operating time 1-2 h; operating distance less than 10 km; flight altitude mainly below 120 m; possible real-time data transmission from the air to the Internet and / or the support platform. 3) Drone launch pad: drone platform for outdoor use for landing and battery charging process, transfers data to the internet and or stores a significant amount of data. 4) Support services (training, maintenance, data transfer, base stations, remote control, spare parts, other services) 5) Are demonstrations possible?
