"Aalto will select the maximum three (3) tenderers with a different SaaS-solution software to the negotiations provided that there are sufficient suitable candidates who meet the minimum requirements.",

"If there are more eligible candidates than Aalto plans to select for the negotiations, Aalto will compare and select three (3) best candidates with a different SaaS-solution software by ",
"1) grouping the candidates to the different SaaS-solution softwares",
"1.a) from each group Aalto will select the best candidate based on the next order of priority",
"1.a.i) the owner of the IPR of Finance\/ERP SaaS",
"1.a.ii) in case there are more than one, selection is based on the scores obtained by Appendices C ja D, the highest score obtained is selected from the group",
"1.b) in case there are only resellers (solution software partners), selection is based on the scores obtained by Appendices C ja D, the highest score obtained is selected from the group",
"2) in case there are more than three (3) different SaaS-solution softwares (see grouping above part 1)",
