"In order to improve the user experience and find appropriate tools, Yle will later tender long production video management systems. Yle is looking for agile partners that can adapt as user needs change, and for whom the user experience is a strong guiding principle for system development. ",

"The supplier is required to provide at least one reference for a similar environment, within which work is performed in ways that meet Yle\u2019s needs, creating content that is equivalent to Yle productions.",
