Villa Lante has a long cultural history. The foundation Institutum Romanum Finlandiae and the Finnish state bought the villa in 1950, and the Finnish Institute in Rome started its work in there 1954.",

"The aim of the procurement is to find the best possible designer team to complete the Villa Lante\u00b4s executive\/implementation design phase. The team shall include the designers of architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical and related designers.",

"As the property is a historical and valuable renaissance villa in Rome, excellent knowledge of Italian and Roman building history, local regulations, technical requirements, and processes is a critical factor for success of the project. Thus, the Client is looking for the design organization to complete executive\/implementation design which will be based on the currently ongoing general design and plans.",
