Pidemm\u00e4ll\u00e4 aikav\u00e4lill\u00e4 sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon tietoj\u00e4rjestelmien uudistaminen tehd\u00e4\u00e4n alueellisesti. Nyt teht\u00e4v\u00e4 hankinta on siirtym\u00e4kauden j\u00e4rjestely.  Samalta palveluntuottajalta m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ajaksi hankittava lis\u00e4palvelu merkitsee pienempi\u00e4 riskej\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n toiminnassa. Tietoj\u00e4rjestelmien k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6nottoprojekteihin liittyy aina ulkoisia riskej\u00e4, kustannusriskej\u00e4, aikatauluriskej\u00e4, teknisi\u00e4 riskej\u00e4 ja toiminallisia riskej\u00e4. Kyse on hankintalain 136 \u00a7:n kaltaisesta lis\u00e4hankinnasta: Muonio k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 jo nyt Mediconsult Oy:n Mediatri-tietoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4\u00e4 terveydenhuollossa perustuen Muonion-Enonteki\u00f6n perusterveydenhuollon kuntayhtym\u00e4n aikaiseen hankintaan ja edelleen voimassa olevaan sopimukseen (nykyisin LSHP:n vastuulla). Sopimuksen tosiasialliset k\u00e4ytt\u00e4j\u00e4t ovat Muonion ja Enonteki\u00f6n kunnat. T\u00e4h\u00e4n toimintaan my\u00f6s nyt hankittavat lis\u00e4ominaisuudet tulevat.
