"The Service provider shall provide us project proposals and event concepts based on our purpose and goals of the planned events. They will act as a project manager in organising the event, making sure the content production, invitation process and schedules are according to the plan. They will execute the project and be responsible for tasks such as of carrying out search for venue, contacting media, taking full responsibility of buyer prospecting and invitation process, taking into account the participating Finnish companies\u2019 products and business goals in the target market concerned. In addition, the service provider should be able to produce marketing materials, event invitations and venue decorations, catering and fitting in a Finnish chef, when needed.
