"VER is acquiring an Investment Plan Consulting Service from an independent, professional and experienced Service Provider. The service shall be provided on a project basis, i.e. by providing support in the annual formulation of VER\u2019s Investment Plan which will be prepared each year for the following financial year. The Service Provider shall undertake the analyses and modeling which will be used by VER in the formulation of its Investment Plan for the purpose of investment decision making. The analyses and modelling include i.a. pension liability modeling, forward-looking risk and return expectations of VER\u2019s assets, strategy evaluation and portfolio optimization.
