"In addition to the FSCs, the scope includes civil works and construction of a control building at both sites. The building will be based on the building drawings made by Fingrid. Some modifications are needed in order to adapt the design for needs of the FSCs. Fingrid has purchased the land area and will make preliminary site investigations. The procurement includes also Maintenance Support Services for three years + three optional years after the delivery. The preliminary scope has been described in detail in the scope draft which is part of this notification.",

After receiving these applications from interested companies Fingrid will select the candidates based on the selection criteria set out and invite accepted companies to submit the tenders.",
