"Candidates must offer an archive film scanner that suits Yle\u2019s needs and matches at minimum the mandatory requirements. The solution must include all needed hardware (excluding standard workstations and virtualizable servers), software, firmware, licences \/ user rights and similar. These must be included in the prices given in the pricing sheet.",

"The Candidate is responsible for installing and configuring the archive film scanner. The Candidate works under Yle\u2019s supervision and is responsible for giving training to Yle personnel.",
