"JAMK's working life-oriented research, development and innovation (RDI) work helps to improve the competence of companies and organisations on regional, national and international levels. The form of the RDI cooperation is effective project work. ",
"We coordinate or participate in approximately 140 RDI projects on a yearly basis. The main sponsors are the European Union and the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation, Business Finland. In 2018, the volume of our RDI operations was 11 M\u20ac. "With this request for information (RFI), we want to find service providers with the expertise and resources to carry out an external evaluation of EU projects according to the regulations of the funding programmes. We are interested in their previous collaboration with other institutes of higher education and references in evaluation activities.",
"In the EU projects, the external evaluation examines both outputs and processes. This includes for example project management, communication and collaboration, and the number and quality of outputs and outcomes. The evaluation will be based upon impact, sustainability, effectiveness and validity. ",
"JAMK has several ongoing projects, which will be subject to external evaluation in the near future. The budget per project is between 3 000-10 000\u20ac. It is likely, that more service needs are expected in this area of expertise in the coming years.",
