                "Business Finland Oy ('Business Finland') is seeking tenders for provision of conducting a Brand Tracking survey in target markets (Pricing sheet, Appendix 1) to answer the following research objectives:\n\u2022\tAwareness of Finland and the four tourism regions (Lakeland, Lappland, Archipelago and costal areas, Capital region Helsinki) as a travel destination\n\u2022\tAttractiveness of Finland and the four regions to potential tourists\n\u2022\tPerception of what Finland and the four regions offer as a tourist destination\n\u2022\tImage and associations, Unigue selling points for Finland and each of the four regions \n\u2022\tHow does Finland differ from similar tourism travel service supply in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland\n\nMore information about the main regions at www.visitfinland.com.\n\nBusiness Finland conducted a Brand Tracker in 2015. Please take a look at the study attached to this call for tender (Appendix 4). \n\nWith this procurement Business Finland\u2019s aim is to further develop the concept for above mentioned Brand Tracking to serve the needs of the four tourism regions.\n\nThe method to be used for the survey is online panel. The target group is people from age 18 to 65 years old.\n\nIn addition, following screener questions should be used in selecting the potential target group:\n\n- In European markets: are you planning to spend a holiday in Northern Europe within the next three years? \n\n- In Long Haul markets: are you planning to spend a holiday in Europe within the next three years ?\n\n\nThe assignment includes:\n\n1) A questionnaire\n\nIn each target market 1000 interviews must be completed. The sample is formed by selecting the most potential regions in each country, as listed in the attachment (Pricing sheet, Appendix 1).\n\nExceptions to this general guideline are the target markets where we need a more precise picture of the travel demand (Hong Kong, Capital areas in UK and France and three areas in Russia). In this case, the required number of interviews is 400 per each region. These areas are listed in the attachment (Picing sheet, Appendix 1).\n  \nThe questionnaire will take around 12 minutes to complete.\n\nOpen ended questions: Spontaneous impressions of Finland, the four regions in Finland and its\u2019 4 competitors. Open questions will be reported as a word cloud and listing in excel.\n\nOther questions are closed.\n\n\n2 ) Reporting:\n\nWeekly updates about the progress of the survey\/assignment.\n\nReporting during the research project: communication can be face to face, email or Skype.\n\n3 ) Final report\/output containing following information: \n\n- Key findings and recommendations for all the markets\n- Summaries for all target markets (9) and for the four Finnish tourism regions. \n- Target market summaries include target markets regional level reporting if there have been several samples.\n- Excel data tables containing all measures and required cross-breaks.\n\nReporting language shall be English.\n\nReport shall be in Power Point or Word format.\n\n\n4) Face to face presentation of the final report in Helsinki by the end of October 2019.\n\n\nTimetable:\n\na) Work will start as soon as the contract has been signed, and the procurement unit and the service provider has agreed upon the specific practical matters \nb) The co-operation will start with a face to face kick-off meeting in Helsinki\nc) The questionnaire will be finalized in August\nd) Fieldwork will be done in September\ne) Presentation for Visit Finland will be held by the end of October\nf) Final reports shall be delivered and accepted by Visit Finland by the end of October.\n\nThe contract will end when the final report has been accepted by the procurement unit.\n\nThe procurement and the winning tenderer will mutually agree upon the specific practices in the beginning of the contract period.\n\nSee the more specific contract terms in the contract attached to this call for tender (Appendix 3). \n\n\n\n\n\n"

                "The procurement procedure to be applied is open procedure as specified in the applicable\nlaws. The procurement will take place in compliance with the Act on Public Contracts and\nconcessions (1397\/2016) (32 \u00a7, open procedure).\n\nThe main stages in the procurement procedure are as follows:\n\n1.
