"The designed heat pump unit has to meet following requirements:\n-Refrigerant R1234ze \n-As high heating capacity as possible \n-Maximum dimensions of the unit 20 m x 10 m x 8 m (length x width x height) approximately\n-Maximum heating outlet temperature \u226595 \u02daC\n-Sewage water to evaporator\n\nApproved compressor type: turbo compressor\n\nThe heat pump unit shall be designed so that:\na) inlet temperature of sewage water to evaporator varies between + 6\u202620 \u00b0C.\nb) inlet temperature of district heating water to condenser varies between + 37...60 \u00b0C.\nThe above mentioned temperatures will be specified in the final Request for Tender.\n\nThe Tenderer Candidate which offers to take part in this development project as the designer shall also be the manufacturer of the heat pump. The heat pump unit as a whole with all of the parts and appliances must meet the obligatory EU directives, and their manufacturing shall follow EU-standards. The manufacturer shall present CE acceptance with Declaration of Conformity for the heat pump unit they deliver. \n\n\nThe designing work will be done between September and December 2019. As an outcome of this design work the The Tenderer Candidate shall present binding final tender for supply of the designed heat pump unit. The final tender shall be presented by January 2020. According to the current schedule the Purchaser will decide on pursuance of the investment by March 2020.\n\nPreliminary schedule for execution\n-\tHeat pump delivered to installation site 4\/2022\n-\tHeat pump commissioned 11\/2022\n-\tHeat pump\u2019s test run done and unit ready for operation \n 4\/2023\n-\tHeat pump\u2019s guaranteed values measured 5\/2023 \n\nThe design and production of the heat pump unit in the scope of this supply is one technical entity which cannot be divided into lots.\n\n"
