"Deliverables of the Service\n\nThe scope of the services is the following:\n\na)\tThe service provider will provide insight and consultation on Visit Finland market strategy, tourism growth programs and country specific business and marketing plans and actively participate in market specific yearly planning together with Business Finland \/ Visit Finland market team.\n\nb)\tThe service provider will provide market intelligence for Visit Finland and Finnish travel trade according to the guidelines and instructions from Visit Finland business intelligence team.\n\nc)\tThe service provider will develop and maintain relationships with key tourism industry distributors including traditional, OTA (online travel agency), business events sector, and Visit Finland\u2019s PR-company\/companies on the market. The service provider will also actively identify new channels of potential business.\n\t\nd)\tThe service provider will negotiate, coordinate and implement campaigns and tactical activities with identified trade partners together with partners and Visit Finland Helsinki team.\n\ne)\tThe service provider will conduct sales visits, organize or participate seminars, road shows, workshops and fairs at trade missions and training sessions. \n\nf)\tThe service provider will together with Visit Finland Helsinki team organize and host familiarization trips.\n\ng)\tThe service provider will ensure a positive image of Visit Finland among key stakeholders (Team Finland, Finnair etc.).\n\nh) The marketing representative will document all information according to Business Finland \/ Visit Finland guidelines in a manner and through the systems defined by Business Finland\/ Visit Finland. \n\ni) The service provider works closely together with Visit Finland Helsinki team, sharing information through communication channels used and participates in joint planning. The service provider also participates local Team Finland meetings and represents Visit Finland in Team Finland activities.\n\nj) The service provider will send written monthly overview and time report attached to the monthly invoice according to Business Finland's instructions.\n\nk) Twice a year BF is expecting a market report according to Business Finland's instructions.\n\nMinimum purchase is 120 working days. Total amount of the purchase can be anything between 120 and 240 working days (one day = 7,5 working hours).\n\nThere is no guarantee for more than 120 working days and Business Finland does not commit itself to any minimum purchase obligations for more than 120 working days.\n\nVisit Finland will define, lead and guide the actions in the market area. The details and scope of the activities will be clarified on a yearly plan. Business Finland will purchase services from the selected Service Provider with fixed daily price given in the price sheet, Appendix 1.\n"
