"The object of this procurement is the implementation of an integrated Research Information System and related services to manage information of research activities and outputs of \u00c5bo Akademi University (later \u00c5AU). The object is a cloud-based out-of-the-box system but it must be possible to install the system on premise too.\n\nThe functionalities described in the requirements specification documents must be built-in and the supplier must have a proven track record of the successful implementation and maintenance of a similar software product and service with reference customers. The more detailed requirements for the customer references are presented in Annex_3_Company_References. The tenderer must fill in the company references in the document according to the instructions in the document.\n\nThe migration of legacy data from the current research information system of \u00c5AU is also included in the procurement as well as integration with \u00c5AU HR-system. \u00c5AU is responsible for providing the legacy and HR data in the desired format but the tenderer must support \u00c5AU in the process. It must be possible to integrate the system with a number of other \u00c5AU systems as specified in the requirement specification documents. These include a DSpace publication repository, SAP financial system, Academ (a system for collecting and qualifying faculty data to generate reports for accreditations), data warehouse and a Case Management System. However, the integration with other systems is not included in the implementation project.\n\n\u00c5AU will not accept tenders that do not fulfil all of the mandatory requirements or deviate from the instructions given in the procurement documents in some other way.\n\nThe contracting authority, \u00c5AU, will choose one (1) supplier with whom the contracting authority will sign an agreement.\n\n"
