"Playing cards under this procurement must be produced for professional use and must be of high quality. Offered playing cards must be new. Printing and cutting of the playing cards must perfect and free of defects. Veikkaus expects the tenderer to offer warranty period of 2 years for the cards, and during the warranty period if defected cards are found or abnormal wear and tear is visible on the playing cards, they shall be replaced by the supplier without additional cost. The supplier is also able to get quality points for evaluation by offering an extended warranty period (up to 5 years).",

"Estimated amount of playing cards to be procured annually is 6000 - 6500 decks, in various card back colours. The estimated four (4) year volume of cards purchased is 24 000 - 26 000 decks. ",

"The contracting authority will purchase playing cards in necessary quantities, but the minimum quantity per order is 1 000 decks. Special campaign playing cards can be ordered in smaller quantities than 1 000 decks, minimum of 500 decks. ",

"Tenderer is not allowed to sell Veikkaus playing cards to any other party. Playing cards with Veikkaus logo shall not be kept in supplier's storage without contracting authority's approval. ",

"During the agreement the contracting authority orders playing cards according to its need.
