"1. What are the characteristics\/features of the equipment? What is hands-on time (PCR template loading to obtain data)? Does the device have compacted all partitioning, thermocycling, or droplet reader? Can you provide brochures of the equipment? ",

"3. How frequently the equipment needs maintenance, and what are the maintenance costs?",
