"Hankinnalla hankitaan Traficomilla k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 olevan ohjelmiston Puolustusvoimien tarpeisiin r\u00e4\u00e4t\u00e4l\u00f6idyn PVKULTU-j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n yll\u00e4pito- ja kehitysty\u00f6. Puolustusvoimien oli siirrytt\u00e4v\u00e4 kuljettajantutkintojen hallinnoinnissa KULTU-j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n, jotta muun muassa taataan ajantasainen ajokorttiluokkia koskeva teoriakoeaineisto sek\u00e4 viimeisimm\u00e4t ajo- ja teoriakokeiden arviointiperusteet. Puolustusvoimat ei suoraan pysty integroitumaan Traficomin KULTU-j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4\u00e4n teknisten haasteiden johdosta, vaan Puolustusvoimille oli hankittava vastaava j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4 erillisen\u00e4.",

"Lain kuljettajantutkintotoiminnan j\u00e4rjest\u00e4misest\u00e4 (10.7.1998\/535) 3 \u00a7:n nojalla kuljettajantutkintotoiminnasta vastaa Liikenteen turvallisuusvirasto, Traficom Lain 3a\u00a7:n nojalla Traficom voi hoitaa kuljettajantutkintotoiminnan hankkimalla tarvittavia palveluja Suomessa toimivilta julkisilta tai yksityisilt\u00e4 palvelujen tuottajilta. Puolustusvoimat ja Traficomin sopimuskumppani Ajovarma ovat Suomen ainoat kuljettajatutkinnon vastaanottoon oikeutetut tahot. Liikenteen turvallisuusvirasto Traficom on luovuttanut kuljettajatutkinnon vastaanotossa k\u00e4ytett\u00e4v\u00e4n ohjelmiston l\u00e4hdekoodin Puolustusvoimien omaan k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n veloituksetta (sopimus PVSOP 207\/2017). Yhteisen ohjelmiston k\u00e4yt\u00f6ll\u00e4 varmistetaan, ett\u00e4 kuljettajatutkinnon vastaanottoon liittyv\u00e4t lain vaatimukset ja mahdolliset muutokset ja korjaukset ovat nopeasti k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 yhdenmukaisesti sek\u00e4 Puolustusvoimilla ett\u00e4 Traficomin sopimuskumppanilla Ajovarmalla. Gofore Oy:ll\u00e4 on v\u00e4lit\u00f6n kyky r\u00e4\u00e4t\u00e4l\u00f6id\u00e4 Traficomille kehitetty ohjelmisto Puolustusvoimien vaatimuksia vastaavaksi.
