Well selected second-hand retail offering as well as excellent customer service provided by a highly skilled and dedicated staff and a pleasant ambiance and coherent design of the premises create additional value to customers and the area. "The second-hand retail shall consist of well selected high-quality fashion, accessories, handbags and leathergoods. The Operator shall provide with their experience, dedication and professionalism the second-hand retail selection and offering that can be only described as being best of class. The second-hand retail may be complemented by some other retail such as trendy local smaller brands form the world of fashion, accessories, leathergoods or handbags. The F&B offering in the unit shall consist different beverages and of food items that include a good variety of options for different special dietaries as well as a good variety of different healthy options.
