"Finnvera is a specialized financing company, owned by the State of Finland, and supplements the financial services provided by the private sector. Finnvera and its subsidiary Finnish Export Credit Ltd have official Export Credit Agency (ECA) status. Finnvera provides loans and domestic guarantees for SMEs, and export credit guarantees and credit insurance for export financing. Finnish Export Credit Ltd provides interest equalization and financing of export credits. Finnvera has 380 employees and has commitments totaling over 20 billion EUR. Finnvera carries out roughly 30 000 transactions per year.\n\nAs part of a strategy of digitalization, Finnvera is currently renovating customer front-end information systems including party information management, and is looking for cost-effective ways to proceed with back office systems. The aim is to find commercially available solutions that can be utilized as a part of the overall architecture to provide some of the key capabilities.
