                "HR-j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4 on niin henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n, esihenkil\u00f6iden kuin HR:n yhteinen ty\u00f6kalu. Se on ennen kaikkea kuitenkin yksi HR:n t\u00e4rkeimpi\u00e4 ty\u00f6kaluja. HR-j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n avulla HR pystyy hallinnoimaan kaikkia HR-prosesseihin ja ty\u00f6suhteen elinkaaren hallintaan liittyv\u00e4t asioita. HR- j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4\u00e4n kootaan kaikki henkil\u00f6st\u00f6\u00f6n liittyv\u00e4t perustiedot, joka on asianosaisille saatavilla heid\u00e4n k\u00e4ytt\u00f6oikeuksien mukaan ja GDPR-rajoitteet huomioiden. Hankittava HR-j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4 integroituu palkkaj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4 (t\u00e4ll\u00e4 hetkell\u00e4 Netvisor, mutta Mepcon k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6notto on k\u00e4ynniss\u00e4) ja Ty\u00f6vuoroVelhoon, jossa suunnitellaan henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n ty\u00f6vuorot.                 "Hankinnan kohteena on SaaS-palvelu, joka k\u00e4sitt\u00e4\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6hallinnon keskeiset toiminnallisuudet, jotka on kuvattu tarkemmin t\u00e4ss\u00e4 tarjouspyynn\u00f6ss\u00e4 ja sen liitteiss\u00e4. Tarjottavan ohjelmistopalvelun tulee olla Tilaajan tarpeisiin soveltuva, k\u00e4ytt\u00f6valmis HR-ohjelmistopalvelu.
