"The planned concept is a store representing luxury bags and accessories from at least three luxury bag brands as specified in the documentation \u201cAppendix 3 Specification of Premises\u201d. The store shall offer a comprehensive service portfolio specified in the documentation, with outstanding brands and pleasant ambience created by skilled and dedicated staff and coherent design to create additional value to passengers and the area. Excellent customer service is one of the key objectives of the entire airport for which it is central that the opening hours of all the premises of the airport are unified. The Contracting Authority shall be entitled to determine the opening hours towards this objective from time to time, separate seasonal hours may apply. The Unit shall be open to all potential customers without purchase obligation during the opening hours. ",
