"With this tendering process city of J\u00e4rvenp\u00e4\u00e4 is looking for consulting services to find a buyer, who will invest and build a data center in J\u00e4rvenp\u00e4\u00e4. We expect the chosen consultant to have strong worldwide network with international data center investors and operator target groups, international sales experience in selling data center sites and experience in ramping data centers in a city where they have not existed before. The main objective of the selected consultant is to create a sales package for the data center site and related framework located in J\u00e4rvenp\u00e4\u00e4 and to sell it to a buyer who will build a data center on that site. There will be a starting fee for the services, a certain amount of travelling costs compensated and at the end a bonus of the selling price of the site. The tendering process will follow the conciliation procedure of the Finnish law on public procurement. ",
